OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 AND OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The Schiff® "Loyalty Rewards Spin & Win Instant Win Game" ("Game") starts 9/15/09 at 12:00 A.M., ET and ends 5/31/10 at 11:59:59 P.M, ET ("Game Period"). To participate in the Game, you must be a member of the Schiff Loyalty Rewards Program ("Program"). There is no charge to become a member of the Program. To register to become a Program member and to participate in the Game, go to www.schiffloyaltyrewards.com (the "Website") and submit all of the required information, including your name, complete street address (P.O. Boxes are not allowed), date of birth, gender, valid email address/username, and your selected password. (A) Special Welcome Spin: New Program members will receive one (1) "Welcome, New Member" spin to play the Game when they register to become a Program member; existing Program members will receive one (1) "Welcome, Current Member" spin the first time they participate in the Game. After your initial Welcome Spin, there are two ways to receive unique codes to play the Game (sometimes referred to as "Game Spins"): (B) By Entering Your Loyalty Reward Code: Each time you purchase a specially marked Move Free® Advanced product, you will receive a unique seven (7) digit alphanumeric Loyalty Reward Code on the pull-off tab located on the \ product bottle cap. To play the Game using your Loyalty Reward Code, go to the Website during the Game Period, enter your username (email address), password and both your Loyalty Reward alphanumeric Code and the five (5) or six (6) digit Product code located on the upper right side of the bottle vertical to the "Nutrition Facts". (C) By Obtaining a Complimentary Code Without a Purchase. To obtain a Complimentary Code without a purchase: (i) Between 8/26/09 and 5/13/10,legibly write your name, complete street address and valid email address on a properly stamped 3½" x 5" postal card and mail it, postmarked no later than 5/13/10, to: Schiff Complimentary Code Request, 35610 Mound Rd, Dept. 2005, Sterling Heights, MI 48310-4725, and a Complimentary Code will be emailed back to you that you may use to participate in the Game during the Game Period. REGARDLESS OF WHEN A CODE IS EMAILED BACK TO YOU, YOU MAY NOT ENTER IT BEFORE 9/15/09. NOTE: Mail-in requests that are sent in an envelope rather than being written and sent on a properly stamped 3½"x 5" postal card will not be processed and will not be eligible to receive a Complimentary Code. (ii) Between 5/14/10 and 5/31/10 at 12:00 P.M., ET, to receive a Complimentary Code without a purchase, click here to send us an email requesting a Complimentary Code and a Complimentary Code will be emailed back to you. Limit: One Complimentary Code email request per day per person. To play the Game using your Complimentary Code, go to http://promo.schiffloyaltyrewards.com/default.aspx during the Game Period, enter your username (email address), and your Complimentary Code. (C) Playing the Game: NOTE: Limit: Regardless of whether you are playing the Game using a Loyalty Reward Code or a Complimentary Code and regardless of how many Loyalty Reward or Complimentary Codes you may have, you are limited to playing the Game no more than eleven (11) times during any consecutive thirty (30) day period. On each occasion that you have registered on the Website during the Game Period and entered a new code, you will automatically receive one (1) Game Spin. In order for your Game Spin to result in your being a potential Prize Winner, it must have occurred either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by the independent agency administering this Game, or if no Game Spin has occurred at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then it must be the Game Spin that occurred at the closest time immediately following the randomly predetermined winning time. If you are a potential Prize Winner, you will receive an email informing you that you are a potential Winner, pending confirmation and/or verification of your eligibility, Game Spin and compliance with the Official Rules. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. As stated above, all potentially winning Game Spins and Prize Winners are subject to confirmation and/or verification and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Schiff Nutrition Group , Inc. ("Sponsor"), whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Game. Limit: Eleven (11) Game Spins per person during any consecutive thirty (30) day period (including the One (1) Special Welcome Spin), regardless of (a) whether you are playing the Game using a Loyalty Reward Code or a Complimentary Code; (b) how many Loyalty Reward or Complimentary Codes you may have ; and, (c) email address used. A day will be deemed to start at 12:00:00 A.M., ET and end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET of that calendar day. The administrator's computer shall be deemed to be the official Game clock. Neither you nor a member of your household may win more than one (1) Prize throughout the Game Period regardless of the email address used.

Unless specifically included above, all costs and expenses associated with any Prize and its use, including any federal, state, or local taxes, are solely the responsibility of each Prize Winner. (B) ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the date and time of Game Spin and the number of eligible Game Spins.
3. ELIGIBILITY: All legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years and older as of time of entry, are eligible to enter the Game except persons who are officers, directors, or employees (and members of their household or their immediate family, i.e. spouse, parent, child, or sibling and the "steps" of each) of Sponsor; its affiliates, subsidiaries, their respective advertising, promotion, fulfillment and web design agencies, including MARS Advertising, Inc. ("MARS"), Mercury Promotions & Fulfillment ("Mercury") and other individuals/entities involved in the creation, development, administration, fulfillment, supply to and/or advertisement of this Game are not eligible to enter or win.
4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor, MARS, Mercury and their officers, directors, and employees ("Sponsor & Others") are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected postage due, or undeliverable, email, or postal mail; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, mechanical, or typographical or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any web site(s). Sponsor & Others are not responsible for any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants' or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Game. If, for any reason, the Game is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game and/or proceed with the Game, including the selection of a winner(s), in a manner it deems fair and reasonable including the selection of winners from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. Sponsor reserves the right, to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Game; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Game. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Game will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AWARDED. NOTWITHSTANDING THIS DISCLAIMER, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO CERTAIN WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURERS OF THE PRODUCTS AWARDED.
5. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Game will be collected by Sponsor's representative and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Game as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as such are stated at www.schiffvitamins.com/privacy and www.movefreeadvance.com/privacy.
6. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By accepting a Prize, Prize Winners agree to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use their name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, world wide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
7. RELEASE: By participating in the Game, each participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor & Others from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game or arising out of participation in any Game-related, or the receipt, use or misuse, of any Prize.
8. GENERAL: By participating in this Game, participants agree to abide by and accept these Official Rules. Participants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In no event will more Prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that due to technical, typographical, mechanical or other errors, there are more potential Prize Winners than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the Prize Winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any and all disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts in the State of Michigan exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Michigan. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Michigan and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Michigan. All federal, state, and local laws apply. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited by law.
